At Sadheeya, we take utmost care to ensure that every product you receive is crafted with purity, safety, and integrity. As our offerings include consumable food products (like
jaggery, liquid jaggery, and honey) and Ayurvedic personal care items, we follow a strict no- return and no-refund policy - to ensure hygiene, authenticity, and customer safety.

No Return / Refund Policy Why?
Due to the sensitive, perishable, and health-oriented nature of our products, we do not
accept returns or offer refunds once a product is delivered - unless there has been:
- Delivery of a wrong item
- Transit damage clearly visible upon delivery

Eligible Situations for Replacement
You may request a replacement only if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was visibly damaged upon arrival
- The item was lost in transit (as confirmed by courier tracking)

- Taste, texture, or personal preferences
- Delay due to courier partner once shipped
- Natural variations in colour/texture (as our products are handmade)

stringent quality checks before dispatch.
- Our team will help resolve all genuine issues fairly and promptly, within 35 business days of receiving valid proof.
